X3i disappearing settings icons.

I need help trying to resolve this mystery where I can no longer see any of my settings icons. I have performed several hard resets and that has not made any difference.

Which particular icons are you referring to? Could be a corrupted ROM image . . .

All the ones in the Settings like for example all of the Personal, Connections, and System are all missing.
