need help with X3 email
I need to learn something regarding the inbox. My wife has one only email address at work, we never set up an email account on her dell axim, and she gets emails all day long and it works perfectly (assuming thru activsync).
My friend just got an x3, and we set up an account on his pda with the proper info, and he still doesnt' get any emails.he has several email accounts and we are using on the pda his default email account. Any thoughts on (1) why my wife gets emails without ever setting up an account on her pda, and (2) what need I check on my friends pda so he can start getting emails on his dell? I don't know how to help him.
I am learning; any help or explanation would be great. We all use activsync. Thanks so much in advance.
