Axim x3i SD Card slot not working

All of a sudden my x3i wont read sd cards, in the about app it says the slot is in use even when a card is in it. I just got this 2 weeks ago, refurbed from dell.com

OK, have you tried soft resetting the device? If not, start there

already tried that, im gonna do a hard reset now

So did the hard reset worked? How many cards have you tried? If problem persist call Dell.

well i just took the batt out 5 min ago, i've tried 3 card (256,128,16) none work. Ill play with it at work today, if I cant get it to work I'll talk to dell tonight.

I think it might have something to do with the fact it is a refurbished. I have had trouble before and Dell replaced it no problem. Kepp on Truckin!
