My brother has an X3 and it seems to have lost a line of pixels about half and inch down from the top of the screen. Well... they are either dead or they are stuck on one color. It has not gotten wet or been sat on. He is very careful with it. I also know it's not under warranty anymore. Any ideas??? Thanks!

If they are stuck on one color...try doing a soft reset maybe..

I tried a soft reset... didn't work. I had a program for my x30 that changed the color of the screen rather quickly and was suppose to fix pixels that were stuck. That didn't help either.
