Can't Sync my X30 with Active sync 3.71
this is taken from the troubleshooting called "Connect to ActiveSync using a cable or a cradle"

To use a cable or a cradle

Step 1 Switch to the serial port on your device
Step 2 Connect using a cable or a cradle

How do I find the serial port on my X30?

I would appreciate any help on fixing this problem
