well i bought a new computer and left the axim sitting on its cradle for about 5 weeks till i had my system up and running then today i installed the software (active synk) and hard reset the X30H everithing seemed normal till i tried to put my SD card and it is not recognised i have tried 3 difrent SD cards even went to radioshack and bought a cleaning kit cleaned it but still not recognised called tech support my X30 is out of waranty and they wont fix it they told me that i culd call in for a trade in or something witch i really did not want to do any ideas just dont want to give up yet thanks for the help guys

Are the cards recognized in other devices? Have you tried doing a soft reset with the cards in? Have you tried doing a hard reset with the cards in?
