Hi,

While it's something that I don't use too often, I recently attempted to listen to some synchronized music of mine on my Axim X30M through some headphones. While the song itself is playing, it seems fine, but between songs there is a quite loud and annoying ticking hum, something I know wasn't there before.

Has this happened to others before?

That is a known issue with the X30 series. If it is just recently you can ear this maybe the headphones are better or the equilizer setting is change and project this clicking sound now.
