I bought my x3 off of ebay. I was able to get it to sync once. Now i get the 608 error. I have read many threads and found that i needed to update the rom. I currently have ao1. I do not know how to do this with the sd card. Can anyone help?

If you go to the Dell site (e.g. www.dell.co.uk or www.dell.com), you'll find the relevant download to patch/upgrade your ROM, complete with instructions. As you say, the 608 error has been sorted by many people with the ROM upgrade. It's a free download.
