Definitely go with PocketPCTechs. I had my x3i's synch connector replaced by them and all my cables work with it. I want to say PDASmart uses the original design of the free standing pins in the connector. The one used by PocketPCTechs has been redesigned with circuit board material backing the pins for rigidity and strength.
