filesys.exe using cpu alot and my pda become super non responsive.. and if i am listening to mp3's it completely stops working. Even after a hard reset as soon as i check the tasks i see the frigging filesys.exe using up 80-100% of cpu and making it even impossible to get into my calander or contacts.. i had the same pda before (a different x30 high) and that one never had this problem ... this one has rom a06 and the previous one i had was a05 ... so i downloaded all the roms from dells website and it doesnt let you downgrade to a previous rom or it even doesnt let you reinstall the latest rom .. which drives me nuts.... is there a way to downgrade the rom on x30s from a06 to a05 ? or even a02?

So did this happen right after you upgraded the rom?

pretty much .. i didnt upgrade this one .. i had 2 x30 high's before with a05 and they were working perfectly .. and sold them both and got one more x30 this one already had a06 on it. i realized (well hard not to realize anyway) it was super super slow compared to other axims i had even at 208mhz with powersave thing on... and even the hp1945 i have is like a million times faster then this one .. so i installed a taskmanager software to see what the cpu is dealing with .. there is another thread on aximsite about this but its all about x50's what i can see is x30's are having the same problems .. i also installed the supertask on the h1945 and all i see is filesys.exe is sitting there at 0% and once in a bluemoon going to 1-2%.. i tried to downgrade to a05 rom from dell's site but it doesnt allow any kind of reinstall of even a06 let alone downgrading to a05.. i am really getting ticked off by this problem and about to get rid of this x30 and prolly not go with another axim (seems like every update or upgrade or new device dell comes up with is more problematic and less reliable maybe thats why they are getting out of the handheld market. and their support is poorer then poor or poorest-estst).. i would really appreciate if someone could tell me that of course0 if anyone have tried or figured out how to downgrade to a05 or prior...
