I used know how to beam my info from my Axim X30 to other people but now I can't seem to remember how to. PLEASE HELP . Thanks

hold the file and select either "send files by infrared" or "send by bluetooth".

That doesn't really help me. I am trying to send my info (name, address. email, phone number, etc) to someone else and there is no file. There's no place in owner's information were is says see via infrared.
