Blinking Power Button

My Axim x3i has a green blinking power button and I can't find any documentation to tell me why. What causes it and how do I stop it? Thanks for any help.

On my X51v (WM 5) a blinking power light usually means a notification of some sort.

I don't have an X3, but on my x50 it means there's something on the calendar. :)

It's also a good idea to use the search feature.

Check the notification queue on your pocket pc to see if you can find the one that is causing the blinking. SKTOOLS or MEMMAID will allow you to view and edit your notification queue. If you delete that notification (and don't delete any others), the blinking should go away.

Take care when deleting things from the notification queue and don't delete things you don't recognize or else you could mess up the pocket pc and not be able to sync (then you'd probably need to perform a full reset of the device).

You need to get SKTOOLS or MEMMAID. Either of these applications will allow you to view and edit your notification queue.

Pocket Mechanic will also allow you to view the notification queue and delete duplicate entries (if any exists).

My blinking light is an appointment I have in calendar. so I call up the calendar and see what the appointment is or get rid of it.
