Low Battery Issue
I have my X30 synced/hooked up to my PC all day. The past few days, when I unplug it I get a message stating that my battery is low. (1) why would this be happening if it is plugged in (2) what is the remedy?

Congratulations on your first post, jipr
Check that the power supply is connected to the craddle - and the wall power switch is ON.
Clean the battery contacts with a small piece of rubber/eraser - caution !
