Reset button broke
I guess I jammed my reset button underneath the metal casing of my Axim X30. Has anyone ever fixed this on their axim? I tried to unscrew the back, but the back appears to be stuck on. Is it safe to pry it loose? and is it possible to fix something like this?

I can't answer your hardware questions, but if you need an alternative way to soft reset, there are software solutions such as psShutXP:

PocketPCFreeware : psShutXP 0.29

I agree on the software substitute for soft resets. I use the SPB Menu program that has a soft reset icon; easy enought to use.
