x30 with horizontal stripes (not entire screen)

I did a soft reset (software induced by button) and now I have several lines in the screen like dead pixels...but several strips of them.

Hard reset, soft reset after discharging the batteries..no dice.

Anyone have ideas?
Will get pictures if I can get a camera, but help is welcome....

What software did you install or asked for soft reset?

I have this same problem with mine, tried fixing it but nothing works(got mad and smashed the screen). Now im upgraded to HP 111 Classic (love my new pda)

If your still checking your orig post.
Are the lines straight across the screen and evenly
spaced under headings?
If they are it's strictly a presentation setting,so download
UI TWEAKER (it's free) and use the TdyScheme Changer
to change color of horizontal lines.
