When I start my Dell Axim X30, the following message appears. I cannot find the reason, or how to correct it.

"Shortcut Target" (Red X) "Error opening the shortcut or locating the target filename."

Where do I look to find the startup routine? How do I find what is being called so that I can modify or delete the call?
