Sound trouble
My new Axim X30 High came today and I was wondering if anybody else was experiencing too loud output of volume coming from using earphones? I need to put volume to second lowest in order to save my ears from damage. Maybe I should contact Dell about this? Speaker sounds normal to me. I hope you can help a newbie.

No, I certainly haven't had that problem For me, the sound is so low, I have to turn the volume all the way up to hear it. See this thread

Anime A go to Radio Shack and get yourself a headphone volume control, costs about $5 bucks and has a right angle plug which is great for devices with in jacks on the side.

Ya mine is very loud too. I never have it on full blast until my ears get used to listening to the music awhile.
