Eversince I received my Axim X30 with 624 MHz & Integrated Wireless I always have problems with the page not found error. I called dell and their solution was to to do a hard restart and after ending up not resolving the and suggested to replace the Axim and they did, but I am still getting this error. Is there anybody out there who are experiencing this message. I am getting to the point to send it back. I am getting so frustrated. Please help.

Do you have WEP encryption enabled on the network you are trying to connect to? Are you set to connect to "internet" or "work?"

I was in best buy and it said no web encryption and I tried both work and internet..no good.

And remember, if my tip doesn't work, then it's an internet connection problem, not an O/S problem. ;)

I know I must be a idiot...but how do I open file explorer and go to the windows folder?

Not an idiot, just a newbie.

First click Start, then programs, after that click file explorer. Then at the top left, I think you'll see a word that says "my device" or "my documents" (I don't remember what it is when you first open File explorer). Then once clicked click on my device again. Now the last folder you'll see is "windows". Click on it. You'll see lots of folders now, scroll down to the bottom until you get to the 'w's then click welcome.

Thanks for your help Mark, I'll give that a try. Is there any thing else I need to do? I was at best buy and wanted to try the wireless internet...so I guess now it should work?
