i dropped it basicly. the glass under the screen has cracked and there is lcd leaking out through the crack. is this under waranty, or do i need to send it in to get fixed. where would i send it? and where do i go to chat with a live person.

If you got the accidental damage option when you bought the axim... and it is still within the year of buying it... Yes, you can return it and get it repaired.

If not... you're out of luck, you're going to have to pay 100-200 bucks to have someone fix it, for that much... I would just upgrade to a X30. (Assuming when you say x30i you're meaning x3i..)
