White screen

Hey
My Axim x30 just starts a white screen.
It will not soft or hard reset. (or it will but nothing happends)
Have anybody the same problem or maby a solution
for that problem??

I installed some new programs on it and soft reset it than it happend.

Just had it for 3 weeks.............

Remove the battery but leave it in the cradle and try it. Can you see the content of the unit from Activesync Explore? Push the Scroll dial button and press the bottom portion of the navigator button at the same time. this should trigger the screen brightness to lower. Call Dell to report this if nothing suggested works.

Thanks for that.
But I already got it working.
It just started working after several hard and soft reset.
But now everything is deleted
Doh...

It always make me nervous to see those problems occuring. Good thing this site has a lot of solutions for a lot of problems.
