not connecting, no partnership. HELP
I have an axim3i. I haven't been able to connect to my desk top for months. I have called tech sopport with no help. they have replace the cradle, the axim, and given me all they can in the way of answers. I have connected it to two other brand new computors and still the same problem. The message is "not connected" no partnership.

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling ActiveSync?

3.7.1 is the latest version.

Also, what operating system are you running?

My system is 98se. I have done all of the new downloads reinstall, on my system and on two XP edition laptops. nothing works. It worked when I first used the Axim. Then I kept it at my office connected to the key pad. I just don't understand how, even when it has been reinstalled, that it doesn't let me form a partnership.
