When I got to enable the radio in the WLAN utility, nothing happens. No lights, no error message, nada. I hit the menu again and it still shows "radio disabled." It was working fine a few days ago. What happened? The only app I installed was pocket informant, and I'm sure that didn't have anything to do with this.

You might try a soft reset and see if this fixes the problem....doing so will not erase any data....

I've had that happen to my X3i. Sometimes it would justhave brain fart or something.

First make sure WIFI is disabled, Soft Reset then try to start up WIFI again. It should clear any confilicts and close any programs that might have been causing problems.

If WIFI doesn't come on, the I think a call to Dell is in order.
