Program not not uninstall??

I am trying to uninstall a trial software,but when i do it says that it was unsuccessful because the files are in use or are a read only file.The program isn't running.I also get a sharing violation,source or destination file may be in use??

Do a soft reset and then give it another try.

Which software is it? If it's a today plugin, make sure you disable it first (Start - Settings -Today - Items).

The soft reset worked,but the icon didn't go away??

Hi. I'm new here and having the same trouble as grdnangel. The trial app. I am trying to uninstall is Total Remote. It keeps saying that it can't remove it because it is in use. I tried the soft resest and it still gives me the same error. Any ideas?? THanks a bunch.

I got it uninstalled. Duh!! Guess that's what I get for being a newbie.
