Memory fault after wireless email use & ...?

I'm not exactly sure where to post this, but here goes: I don't use wireless on my PDA too often. I bought it for the ability to use Audible.com & for the datebook & am gradually figuring out other things. That said, I have used wireless to access my email a number of times when out of town (in hotel rooms) and at Panera, etc. The last 2 months on 2 separate trips, while out of town in hotel rooms, I have successfully accessed/used email via wireless... but as I am logging out and powering down (I've generally received a "your email successfully sent" and I'm getting out of Yahoo & getting ready to close out IE & shut down), my Axim X30 H freezes and I get a memory fault message. Last month I hit the reset button too long (i think?) and ended up doing an accidental hard reset. This month I at least was able to soft reset & shut it down, but now i'm paranoid about using wireless. Anyone have any suggestions as to why i'd get a "memory fault" msg both times? I checked my battery -- it was fine -- both batteries were close to fully charged (i was using the cradle the 2nd time).

I've also (perhaps a 2nd posting needed here?) noticed that my screen has become very unresponsive of late. I have a "new" (reconditioned?) Axim received just a few months ago after my last ones pins were bent using a car charger. I never had this problem with my original Axim... I'm finding that increasingly often my screen just freezes and it takes 4 or 5 tries to get something (generally a clock setting i'm not trying to open) to respond -- very rarely the calendar i'm trying to get. Any ideas or am I back to trying to talk to Dell about yet ANOTHER replacement. I really like this Axim, but i'm getting very paranoid about using it of late.
