Playing .mpg and .mpeg files on X30h

Sorry if this is addressed elsewhere but I couldn't find anything about it. I have Windows Media Player ver 9.0.1 loaded on my x30h and am currently unable to play .mpg and .mpeg files. Does anyone know IF I can play these with WMP and if so, how? if not, can anyone suggest an alternative solution to playing .mpg and .mpeg files?

Thanks in advance.

Windows Media Player will not play .mpg files. It will only play .wmv. To play .mpg files (and .avi and other divx encoded files) use TCPMP. Hope this helps :-).

Just an update for anyone that is interested...

I loaded the TCPMP from the link but I could not get the setup to run on my Desktop PC. I gave up fairly quickly and tried Pocket TV. The install was very easy and it works great, with one exception. Pocket TV has caused an initialization error with Bluetooth and I am now unable to use Bluetooth. Anyone else had this problem with Pocket TV?
