Dell bluetooth keyboard setup questions
Hello all, this is my first post so bear with me. I work for a large EMS dept which uses the x30 and Dell bluetooth keyboard for patient care reports. We generally only use the keyboard for typing narratives. Some use them, some don't. What we are finding is that the endusers are constantly having to go through the bluetooth setup and the keyboard doesn't normally reconnect after having been shut off. This of course is causing some discontent in the ranks. Has anyone had this problem or is there specific settings anyone uses in either bluetooth manager or the Dell keyboard setup to fix this.
