TomTom Bluetooth

First time posting. I apologize if I am not doing this correctly.
I reloaded TomTom software on my Axim x30. The software works fine but does not read the Holux GPS unit any more. I get an error message 'Blue Tooth Radio failed to turn on due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn on the Bluetooth Radio.'
I do not understand how to normal reset due to insufficient driver memory.
Here is what I have re: memory.
RAM and ROM (v05) 64 MB ea
Main card: 26.45 MB free
Storage card: 321.13 free
Built in storage card: 29.65 free
I have worked on this all day to no avail and I hope that someone can offer some advice. Thank you!

Could it be referring to a soft reset?
Try stopping all apps that are running, soft reset then check memory
sizes.
If you have done this turn BT on first then apply application.

I will give it a try then let you know how I do. To tell the truth, I have to show this to someone else to try - going over my head. MOre to come. Thanks again for your time.
