Can't delete Skyperes100.dll

To save memory I tried moving my Skype from Program Files into SD.
I cut and pasted the Skype directory into SD and that all works fine but unfortunately I still seem to have a Skype directory in Program Files. It no longer contains the .exe but I now have SkypeRes100.dll in both SD and Program Files and it won't let me delete the Program Files copy, yet nothing appears to be using it. I tried removing the Skype directory from SD altogether but I still can't shift that .dll in Program Files. There isn't anything odd in permissions it just thinks there is a sharing violation, but with what?

I also tried deleting the .dll from SD (which I can do) to see which copy it is using but it then complains of missing files when I try to run Skype.

If I try to install Skype directly to SD it ignores me and pops it in Program Files.

What am I doing wrong?

I found that whilst I couldn't delete the .dll file it would let me rename it and after renaming as .txt and soft reseting I final managed to get rid of it although I did need to reinstall Skype thereafter. This time I directed it to the SD card and it does appear to have installed there.
