Building Serial Cable (Help!)

I am building a serial cable for my Dell Axim X30, I know it is working because when I fiddle with the wires on Axim Connector end it worked, but I cant seem to find out which wires should have been connected, currently I have.

Axim Pin 11 – TXD connected to T2in (Pin 10) on Max232 IC
Axim Pin 13 - RXD connected to R2Out (Pin 9) on Max232 IC
Axim Pin 1 – GND connected to the Ground of the circuit with IC.

My Circuit:

on the serial side Pin 9 input has 12v Supply

Axim X30 pinout

Can you see anything I have missed, are there any connections that need to be made on Axim connector side other than what I have listed, like RTS to CTS or something? Also what is the 3.3v on the pinout of Axim X30?

Thanks,
Tucker

Does anyone have any idea, does this seem correct? I would really appreciate your help.

Is it required that USB Power or +DC pins are plugged into 5.4v 100ma power supply for data to be received on axim x30? Also what is the difference between the USB Power and +DC pins?
