FREE replacement of Rhinoskin case!!

Here is an email that I got from Rhinoskin:

Good Afternoon,

First, I would like to apologize about this situation. We are working directly with our manufacturing facility to rush new merchandise in. At this time we don?t have an exact date. If you can supply me with your day time phone number and shipping address we will notify you and ship a free of charge replacement as soon as we receive the new inventory.

Please feel free to contact me direct with any questions you might have.

I like this very much and I think this is very professional....

The main thing is that the sync port cutout on the bottom of the case is too small, so the connector will not fit in the Axim while it is in the case. I'm assuming they didn't have a prototype X3 to test it with?

Thanks for posting this. I gave Rhinoskins a call and the lady on the phone immediately acknowledged the problem and took down my information. They'll be sending me out a new case as soon as they're available :)

I e-mailed them. They asked for my shipping information and are sending me a new one already! I figured they would want me to send them this one first.

Here is the message I received:
Good Morning,

We have recently been made aware of this situation with that specific case. A limited amount of product was shipped from our manufacturing facility with this undersized port. We have rectified the problem and would be happy to send a new case to you free of charge. May I please have your ship to address and day time phone number.

Please feel free to contact our customer service department with any questions you might have.

I sent an email to Dell and they want me to send it back and they will refund the price. HAs anyone else bought theirs through Dell and got the refund offer instead of the replacement offer? I'd rather get a replacement since I'll just be going to buy another one once it seems the cutout problem is fixed.

Ok, I just got another e-mail from them:

Thank you very much for your address and phone number. At this time we are not sure how long it will be before the resized product will arrive, at this time we are estimating approximately 3-4 weeks. We will keep in touch and as soon as the corrected product is received we will send you your new case.
