What about GPS?
I'm thinking to buy a new X3i, but what is the best solution if i want a GPS?

I don't know much about GPSs, but check the GPS forum.

I think the best solution for you would be to get an SDIO Bluetooth card and then a Bluetooth GPS unit. I'm not sure if they have any GPSs that plug into the X3 directly yet.

This is a very expensive option though. It will be cheaper to just but a dedicated GPS unit for $200-$300.

The X3i is not the machine to get for GPS. Once you use the SDIO for connecting a GPS you have to rely on the X3's memory to store the maps.

Maybe in a few months someone will manufacture a serial cable for the X3 then you can connect a regular handheld GPS or one of the serial "GPS mice" through the serial cable and have the SDIO slot for map storage.

Thanks 4 your opinion guys! i hope that dell option´s way will be the second... a serial, but perhaps one day someone manofacture a SDIO w/builtin memory (hehe).
