The Dell.ca website has to be the absolute worstly laid out sites when it comes to finding accessories for the X3. I find smatterings of accessories (e.g. cases, usb cradle) here and there but no page with them all listed together along with the other periphs not listed anywhere except for the screen where you configure a new X3 (e.g. folding keyboard). Does anyone know a url for all possible Dell X3 accessories on the Dell.ca site?

Shrink, I totally agree with you...each time I need to find something it's a nightmare and I can never find the same item again. This is the best I could do:

Dell.ca Axim accessories

Dell.ca Axim X3 accessories

But no keyboards!!

BTW, once I complained about this to a CSR and he told me that the Dell website does not list a lot of the stuff Dell carries and that it's best to call them if you are looking for something specific. :rolling:

Thanks Gigi - that's very validating :-) The key piece of info here is that the Dell sales reps are paid on commission only (according to one guy I spoke to) and most of the profit is on accessories. Either that or they have a terrible web designer :-)
