Any joypad for X3i?

I was wondering if there was any joypad available as an attachment to the X3i where we could map the keys to play games much better than the button layout available.

Nope. Heck, there still isn't even a gamepad for the X5, and it's been out for over a year. :p

X3i Gamepad Needed

I would also like to see a gamepad attachment available for the X3 series. The D-pad is horrible for action games (try playing an action, arcade, or emulator game for a couple hours and see how your thumb hurts!)

Really, the only games the X3 D-pad is good for is the stylus-based games, RPGs, and puzzle games, which is a shame. There are a host of great action games that requires constant 4-way motion that aren't being done justice by this tiny and stiff D-pad on the X3.

Hopefully, Tigerex or BenQ will come out with an Axim X3 joystick (they currently make them for ipaqs), and I'll be able to do some serious gaming. Until then, I have my fingers crossed...

I agree, the d-pad is just way too stiff for fast-paced gaming.

Even a simple joypad attachment with a d-pad and 4 buttons would be great (maybe some shoulder triggers!) for nes/snes/gba and psx gaming!

Gran Turismo runs really quite well on my X3i.
