sd camera for axim x3
I am looking for a well priced camera that can plug into a standard SD slot,--- any suggestions?

would dell equipment or a third party be the best bet?

I just bought a Spectec Photo-on-the-go SD camera off of good ol' ebay, and it works pretty well. This camera does allow you to capture pictures and Avi video with audio on the Axim. I am taking this on a trip with me to use, so when I get back I will probably see how good the pictures turn out on the computer when you sync, and then will post results.

Oh yeah, I bought it for about $50.00. I think they usually price between $70 and $100.

I took about 100 pictures with the camera..........now the quality is pretty good for a camera w/out a flash and of that size, and it looks very well on the Axim (slideshows, backrounds, etc.). For the sake of space on my Axim, though, i set the resolution lower so when i put them on the pc, they werent the best that the camera could do. Still, good for my money.

Now it would be nice if there were more devices that have memory included. I find it hard without my memory card also.

Right about the memory. I found myself just copying them and putting them on a memory card after a day of pictures. As for a sample, here are two. It is late and thats about all I have time for sorry guys.

Most of us have a real digital camera, but we want
something to do video conferencing, or quick snap shots.

Obviously this is not a Digital camera replacement.
