I was wondering if any of you wouldn't mind answering a stupid question. Well, here goes. After about 1.5 months I have received my dell X30 keyboard. However, I have not yet received my cradle. I can't synch or install programs without the cradle, right?

Does that mean I can't use the keyboard. I tried to just plug the keyboard in. Since it's dell's keyboard I thought it would just be plug and play. But it didn't work. Is my keyboard faulty, or do I really need to install the driver before I can use it.

If you got a cable with your axim with a USB end and the other that will plug into your X30.. that is your cradle.. unless you paid extra for one I don't think you get one?

you need to install the drivers for your keyboard before it will work I think?

Yeah, actually the problem is I bought the X30 mid with the cradle instead of the cable. But the cradle is sold out at the moment and I probably wont get one for another two weeks.

I thought I could use my wireless to do the initial set up but according the other threads, the first time needs to be either a Synch via IR or USB. So, I guess in the end I can't test the keyboard. I'll just have to wait, then.
