Brando Ultra Clear Protector Plus
Good day! Well finally my brando ultra clear screen protector came in the mail today. It took 5 days to get here, thats not bad since on the site it says that the shipping may take 15 days. The price for the screen protector was $13 shipped, ($3 for shipping)

So basically it comes in a plastic package, nothing fancy. But this screen protector is different from the others i tried out since the screen protector is shielded on both sides. Meaning that you have to peel off two shields, 1 that goes on the screen and the other on the opposite side where the styles writes on.

Application was easy, all i did was use compressed air and blew offf the lint, then i placed the screen protetor gently to avoid bubbles. In order to take out the bubbles i used a credit card to push them out.

Once the screen protector was on, i peeled of the other side, and let me say wow...it is clear its like having nothing on the screen. When writing with the stylus its as smooth if not smoother than writing on paper. The screen protector is very durable since i was trying to press hard while writing, and no markings were left behind.

The fit is great, there is a small allowance on all the sides, but so little that its barely noticable, if dust does get into there i just use compressed air to take them out.

Overall, i am happy with this purchase. it does not distort the colors and it has a great feel to it. it is removable, washable and fairley easy to put on.

I also love my Brando cover. If I didn't remember putting the darn thing on there I would swear it had no cover at all.

Shipping takes about a week in total. Not bad. Only gripe is that it comes in an ordinary envelope. No padding or anything so it is possible that it will get folded en route.

This is my First reply using my new Axim and my home wireless Connection. Yippee!

The Brando cover is so clear that I hardly even Know that it is on. Shipping was fast. I highly recommend it.

yup i think brando is the best out there as well as martin fields, i used to live in asia and these 3 brands is all i ever used, true it does come in an envelope but the shipping is like $12 and that all the way from hk, so i guess its reasonable, although they do make a big profit out of this.

I don't have any problem with a company making a profit as long as they play fair and offer a great product to the masses. Of course this is in reason. If they wanted 30 bucks for this cover....I'd buy it elsewhere.

Another gripe...May not matter to most people but I prefer that my orders be shipped to my place of work. Unfortunately, Brando insists that the order will be shipped to the billing address. Since my billing address is my place of residence, I cannot get it where I am for the majority of the day.

As I said, this may not mean anything to some people but this is a deal breaker for me. I ended up getting BoxWave's ClearTouch. Actually trying the ClearTouch Crystal for the first time.

Oh, and jpaul_martinez, you probably just overlooked this but shipping is not $12 like you said. The price of the screen protector plus shipping is $12. $13 with shipping for their new UltraClear Screen protectors.
