I wish to purchase a SD WiFi card for my Axim X30.
Really do not know any thing about these cards, reported problems, things to be aware with it, suitability for this purpose, etc.
If both are equally good in performance, price wise what need I have to consider?
Any one who wish to share your experiences on this will be most welcome.
Any advice will be most appreciated.

Where did you see an Ambicom sd WiFi card? I haven't heard of one and I just looked on their site and couldn't find anything about it.
Besides the Sandisk cards (in addition to the standard card, they have a combo one with 256MB memory), the only other card I've heard about was by Socket. I heard some time ago that the two companies developed the basic card in partnership, so the hardware is probably very similar. Personally, I avoid Sandisk products since the problems with their sd cards on the X5.
There is a version of the X30 that doesn't come with integrated WiFi, but my question is, why not get the model with integrated Blue Tooth and WiFi if you're going to be using those features?

I can't help today but maybe Thursday evening. I have ordered an X30(L) for my girlfriend and I already have a Sandisk Wifi Connect card from my previous PDA(not Dell). I will try to get it set up Thursday evening(delivery day) and post the results here.
I never had problems once setup on my previous PDA. So am interested myself to see if it works ok.

Calm down... ...Ive been noticing the same thing. I have to admit though, it is pretty ] ANNOYING .You would think, after reading "sandisk" fast, that it was scandisk. Not that big of a deal at all but its still annoying(no offence to the poster who wrote it)
