FM Radio Tuner?
Is there a SD FM Radio Tuner available yet that works in the X30? I checked around the web but haven't found one yet.

No.

The only FM tuners available right now is in the CF format. There is a SDIO tuner but it is for the Palm and not for the PPC.

If you have WiFi...try listening to streaming radio. You can find all types of formats through www.radio-locator.com. It lets you search by internet streaming sites, location, call letters or format. When you find a station you're interested in, click on the "lightning bolt" on the left. It will open windows media player and should begin to play. If you find stations you like, you can save them in media player and go back to listen to them any time you wish!
