The rebate must be sent with the invoice that came with the product? I can't just print out a copy of the receipt from the internet.?

What are UPC codes? Where can I find them?

I believe that you can use the invoice that came with the product OR a copy of the receipt. I sent the original invoice that came with the product when I submitted my Kinsgston rebate.

UPC code is the Bar code on the packaging of the acutal product. You need to cut it out and send along with the Invoice and rebate form.

The price difference is not enough to get 312 because it doen't come with cradle with is $35 and is must plus the case is realy nice too.

Thank you for your reply. Do I really have to cut out the bar code and send it with the rebate form and invoice? I have thrown away the box. Any ideas on what I should do? Or is it now impossible to get a rebate...

The UPC code is located on the paper within that hard-to-cut-open plastic thing. If you have thrown away your UPC code, your rebate will no longer be valid, they do not accept copy of UPC code, let alone no UPC code at all...
