Icertainly don't want the PDA any bigger then it is. Every bitched about the X5 being too big as it was. I prefer the small, compact X30 without a CF access.

No way. The X5 is certainly big enough (smaller is always better, surely), but I won't give up my cf slot until sdio is as cheap, and sdio options as numerous, as those for cf cards, and until I get dual sd slots so I can use an external card and still have a memory card in place.

Plus, even though it is bigger than the others, the X5 is flat out the best looking pda there is. Dell or otherwise. CF slot or no.

I had that for my IPAQ. Actually I have the single and dual slot. It does add size and weight as it is also an external battery. The one slot and size of my X5 is alot better than what I used to.

As much as I love my X30, I really do HATE the SD slot. The CF is not that much bigger especially if you have the PPC in a case anyway. If it had a CF only slot then you could have the BEST of both worlds CF when you want it and you could use an SD adapter if/when you want SD. Unfortunatly I think CF slot days are numbered. There is one more round of dual slot devices left, but I wouldn't be surprised (or pleased) if dual slots are SD only in another year or so.

Well, the main thing that I;m looking at is a wireless aircard. They exist for CF slots. Something that I can connect to the internet when there's no wifi. Bell and Rogers sell wireless air cards. I really do hope they come out with the same thing in an SD slot.
