But if you think about it, it could still "strap on" in some sort of way to the bottom of the PPC. Bluetooth would just make it compatible between multiple brands/models, without having to manufacture multiple controllers. A "strap" based controller of some sort might not be as pretty as a model-specific controller that could snap on, but it would be a lot more compelling for the manufacturer to just deal with a single universal controller.

I'm just afraid that if they make it Bluetooth the price will be unreasonable for a simple gamepad attachment.
Knowing the price of Bluetooth stuff, how much would you think a Bluetooth gamepad would/should be?

Then there is the question of fast battery depletion while using Bluetooth.

I'd be happy with any good quality attachment, I just don't want to spend more on it then I did the Axim itself.
