I have a handful of Compact Flash cards left over from use with my Axim X5. Does anyone know of an adapter that will allow me to use them in the SD slot on my X30?!?!?!?

Nope, there is not such a device on the market. You can go SD > CF slot, but not CF > SD Slot. Plus, by the time you consider the device itself plus the size of a CF card, that would be a whole lot of crap sticking out the top of your Axim.
