I have it and it is very nice. You are right, the AC/USB/car is excellent. The one suggestion I would make is when you insert the connection to the Ax, watch carefully that you have it lined up correctly so you don't damage your connector pins as I did recently on a trip. Here is a Link of the thread that I started when I damaged the pins. So, just be careful. I do like having it though.

Good luck.

Let me add my 2¢. I have the Belkin 3-in-1, and it is a great product. I just got the BoxWave MiniSync & Versa Charger.

The MiniSync and VersaCharger combo does evertthing the 3-in-1 does, but you only have 2 components as opposed to 3. Plus the cable retracts, so you don't have a bulky cable to wrap up.

One other thing, about a month ago, my Belkin wall charger module just stopped working. They replaced it, and I received good customer service, but not sure why it just quit when I only used it about 3 times . . .

So, the boxwave solution is much more "travel friendly", check it out

Boxwave
Thanks for the update...I just checked out their site, and this does seem like an interesting solution. As I understand it, I would need to get the versa charger and the minisync to meet my specific set of needs.....wall outlet use, car and syncing....it that right?

Also, does anyone know if there are airplane adapters out there for the x30? Thanks

PS this is a really interesting and informative forum!

Yes, but, when you comapre the pictures of the 2, the 3-in-1 requires more space in a laptop bag than does the MiniSync/VersaCharger combo. Yes, you need both. You should be able to get a deal if you buy both @ the same time. I saw some great packages over on their site.

I like something that I can just carry around with me in my Laptop bag, and the 3-in-1 takes up much more space. So now I'll be traveling with the Boxwave solution. The MiniSync is also great for the office, this way you can leave your charger @ home. The MiniSync charges and syncs while connected to your PC

Haven't see an airplane adapter yet . . .

www.belkin.com

BTW, I use a standard USB extension cable to make the Belkin cord longer. Works like a charm.

Wooch do you have a link for the product in that last pic? It does look much better than the belkin option. Not a big fan of belkin to begin with. Thanks in advance...

I had the same problem with the Belkin wall charger that Wooch refers to above. I used it 2 or 3 times, then it died on me while I was on a trip. No problem getting a replacement, though I'll be hesitant to rely on it next time.

Sure do, you can find the product information here. So far real good with the VersaCharger, looking forward to taking it on my first business trip!
