Boxwave Problems
I have to say that right now I am very disappointed in boxwave. I ordered my screen protector on 9/16 with an estimated arrival date of the 21st. When I still hadnt received it as of yesterday I emailed customre support. They responded by saying "we're sorry but your order had been returned to us". I emailed back that I was not happy that it took me asking about my order to be notified of the mistake. They replied that they would get another one in the mail today and ship it at their cost. I now have to watch my cc statement to see if in fact I was reimbursed for the shipping cost. Everything I read is that they make a great product, but right now I am not happy with their customer service.

Sorry to hear that! I ordered my screen protectors for my X30 on September 22nd, and got them yesterday, September, 28th. It almost sounds more of an issue with the shipping company than Boxwave. Hope you get it straightend out.

I agree that it may have been an issue with the shipping company, my issue was that i was never notified about it until i questioned why I hadnt received it yet. I will say that it has been easy dealing with the customer service, they even have someone watching forums, and I got am e-mail about a half hour after posting my origional message from them wondering why I was still dissatisfied. I think I may have just been venting, i understand mistakes happen. I just wanna protect my screen...

Agreed, this is not the typical Boxwave experience. There is a BoxWave rep on this site. PM them and they should be able to provide some more insight. Screen name is BoxWave. I'm sure they'll get this straightened out including reimbursing you shipping costs.

I have the Brando Covers and their shipping wasn't much better as I recall. They came over fron the Orient so maybe thats why? I believe Boxwave and Brando are equal in quality from what I've read.
