Just open up ActiveSync, and Explorer...
Then go into your Storage Card, and drag whatever you need on to your desktop. Be selective...you don't want to use the USB connection for any seriously large files (i.e. movies, large audio files) if you can help it.

You can also get an external reader, and drag and drop that way, too. It's the best way to copy large files.

I have been using the ActiveSync "explore" to copy files to my Axim just like you mentioned above, but that is just "copying" from Axim to laptop and viceversa. it is not really "syncing". Is this the best that I can do with all the docs in my storage card? I'd love to be able to have the ActiveSync do the syncing automatically (just like if those files were to be stored in the main memory) because I usually copy my file from laptop to Axim, then do some editing at my convenient and vise versa. so, I am hopping to be able to sync all my files automatically instead of me having to remember what files I have done some updating. Any good idea of how to do it?

I was wanting to do the same thing, because I keep a lot of my husbands medical records in excell and word for when we go to the cancer center to meet with doctors. I would like to have all of these files on a SD card, but want them to sync automatically. Any help would be appreciated.
