Anyone have experience w/ aximcases.com?
I ordered the Innocase for $19 on Thursday. Never got the confirmation email. Is this standard procedure?

I ordered a Sena case from them last Sunday (9/26), got the confirmation email the same day, shipping email the day after that, and then recieved the case on 9/30

So, judging from that... I'd say your experience isn't typical. A customer support call/email might be in order.

I've ordered from them twice. Both times I got the confirmation e-mail the same day and received the case in about three days. If you still have not heard you should e-mail them. I have done that and they respond pretty quickly.

Do you have any SPAM filters or are you using like hotmail or yahoo? Check your junk or bluk mail folders, a lot of time emails get put in there when they shouldn't have.

I dropped them an email, and they came up with all the pertinent info. In fact, I got back to the office and the case had already arrived. Minor glitch, but great service overall.

I got my Innocase yesterday, not too shabby. I absolutely hate the belt clip and little bitty screw that holds it on though. Does anyone know of a better belt clip solution for it? Let me know, thanks!

scotmahn,

I am glad that you received the case!

Just a few notes...

Right now the most common reason for not receiving confirmation emails from us is mail filters and different types of spam control. Very often our confirmation emails ends up being deleted or moved to a spam folder.

If you placed an order with us and would like to find out a status please feel free to email or call our customer service (phone and email is on the website's contact page). You are also welcome to email me or send a message through AximSite system.

I gave the beltclip for the Inno case a whirl, & took it off after 3 days. I'm just not a beltclip person, cell phone or otherwise. Nice feature if I ever need it! I really llike the Inno Alum case, & it is now my primary case.

What don't you like about the clip that comes with it? It works well and seems secure. By secure I mean it doesn't feel like the clip will accidentally release, not that it locks it tight with no movement. You need some play in it for conforming to movements/sitting.

I did have a problem initially. I couldn't press the release. It would hardly move, wouldn't move or would make a cracking/popping noise and then release after extreme force. I was about to drill holes to get to the screws to open it up when I decided to spray some liquid silicone into it. I left it on the counter and in the morning it was working very smoothly.

I have a question about the INNOCASE, does it cover the WiFi bulb? That's my biggest concern

It's a nice case, but no, it doesn't cover the wifi bulb. I don't think I have seen any cases that do actually.

Hahaaha

I had the same experience. I purchased, got no email. Remembered this thread and thought I'd call, only to find it in my mailbox.

On another note, I ordered a Belkin car charger from Dell, and I got it the following day by DHL....talk about service, WTF. :P
