List of good travel car charger & sync cables for X30
Hi,

I want to buy travel charger and sync cable for my X30. I see lots of different posts with the consensus that X30 requires higher charge(~2200mAmp). Many websites list travel kits but without complete details or with incorrect information.

I would appreciate if Aximsite users can share their experience of WORKING travel (car) charger kit with possible manufacturer links or point me to previous posting(if it exists).

Thanks,
Rahul

He's carrying a soldering iron!’ and started laughing, and everybody else started laughing, I could just say, ‘That's right, it's a soldering iron. The soldering iron of justice.’ Then everybody would get real quiet and ashamed, because they had made fun of the soldering iron of justice, and I could probably hit them up for a free drink.

I have the same one. I liked the versacharger from boxwave also, but they pissed me off when they wouldn't include it in any kind of bundle with their screen protectors like they do for all their other products. So I bought the Belkin. Works great charging from car or away from home or off the pc.

I have the Belkin auto charger designed for the X30. 1 hour after plugging it into my Explorer the control board of my alarm system fried, haven't used it since.

I used this for my Axim X30 High together with my Microsoft Streets & Trips GPS locator.
It 's also able to charge the Axim on itself.

Ok, great solutions here...I am personally going to pick up the Power Inverter from Best Buy! But what about traveling on a plane? I have a trip overseas next year and I plan to take my Axim instead of lugging my laptop...I will be in the air for 30+ hours (one way) I need a way to run/charge my Axim on the plane!

You are welcome, Lalisb. I saw your post regarding the skin case for Dell Axim X3/X30/X3i.Actually it is on sale in Suntekstore.com also. 20 bucks for a durable case is a good deal. Here is the link: http://www.suntekstore.com/silicone-...3-x30-x3i.html

I hope this information is helpful for you.
