HI, I ordered my rhino aluminum case strait from dell when i ordered my x30h. On the order it says factory installed. Dose that mean that I wont be able to remove the case, or just that my axim will already be in the case when I get it?

I ordered the same. Got my X30H, on the 10 Nov, had the Rhino case in a box, the Axim was in a bigger box The Axim just slides in the case with no problem. You'll need to remove it from the case if your using the Cradle. Have fun when you get it.

lol, ok so "factory installed" really means we will ship it packaged seperatly.

No...factory installed likely means two things:

1. It is part of the original order

2. And therefore also likely falls under the original "umbrella" warranty.

I bought a 2-year warranty for my Axim, expecting to upgrade to an X300 or X3000 within two years.

Oddly, this X30 has a faster processor and more original memory (other than the HD) than the computer that I am typing on at work.
