I'm using a cleartouch crystal on my x30h and I love it. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I'd definitely go with Boxwave.

I didn't care for the Crystal protector, but the other seems to be good. Not a quality issue, mind you, just personal preference.

I have mini-sync cables for all of my PPCs. Haven't had any problems with them other than the label falling off.

I just received my minisync cable and versacharger. Both seem pretty good so far, though I guess time is the real test.

Ordered the mini sync cable and received it very quickly. Took it out of the box, tried to extend the cable ends and it failed to retract. The cable was so horribly knotted and tangled that it would've been impossible to untangle it. (I tried for over 30 mins) I decided to disassemble the reel to untangle the mess. I managed to clean everthing up but the screw stripped the plastic threads on the other side. Now I have a fairly small sync cable without the neat cable winder. Would I buy another boxwave product? Probably not since they were unable to cleanly wind a cable around a reel but maybe I just got a dud. Live and learn I guess.

Here are the BoxWave Products I've purchased:

ClearTouch screen Protector 3-Pack
MiniSync
VersaCharger

I have been extremely happy with all three products, and recommend them to anyone who has a need for such products.

Well, to be fair there is a return policy for defective products that you voided by altering the product. I have mine now for over a year and it works flawlessly.

I got a scratched Crystal CT... sorry, but their 'warranty' and customer support are horrible from my personal experience.

I'm asking for a refund and will never buy Boxwave again because of the hassle Boxwave gave me just to get a replacement for their defaced product.

Great mini sync, like the crystal screen protector, my son likes them on his x3 too!

I could've returned the product but why should I have to? It's a cable wrapped around a reel after all. The cable is going to work fine for my application anyways, it won't be travelling at all, I'm just using it in place of a dock.
