I have recently gotten my Axim and found that the case that came with it just does not cut it for my daily use (within 2 weeks of keeping it in case in my front pocket the screen cracked) this may have been just a problem with my case I don't know but I am really interested in going with a stronger metal case but have heard there are problems with strength of these cases I was wondering if anyone with any experience with the metal cases could give some advice I was looking at inpocket with belt clip, the belt clip being an important feature to me

I'm sorry to read about your screen cracking. If you need a replacement screen you can check the "Classified" boards on this site. Some members where selling screens for really good prices.

As ofr case? Aximcases.com is the place to go! They sell InnoPocket as well as a few other Aluminum Hard cases. They have a really good selection of hard cases as well as leather cases and batteries (and soon, hopefully, screen protectors).

BTW: I have a RhinoSking Hard case that I've had even before my Axim arrived. It's taken a beating. I went jogging once with it and while running up the hill, my Axim just spontaneously detached itself from the belt clip and crashed to the hard concrete. Had it not been for the RhinoSkin, I'm SURE my Axim would have been broken. And although the case as a few scratches and a few gashes, my Axim is 100% fine and unblemished.

You can't go wrong with an Aluminum Hard Case. It's one of the best investments you can make for your Axim, so definitely pick up one regardless of the brand.

COOL! Glad to read that Dell is replacing it for you. But when you get the replacement, make sure you have a sturdy, solid case to put it in so this never happens to you. An aluminum one will do fine.

I wasn't real wild about my InnoPocket Aluminum case when I first got it. Now, I absolutely love it!!. I highly recommend it, & I bough it for $19.99 with an Aximsite discount!
